Boldly Stripped is managed entirely by the artist, Hazel Honeysuckle, and so orders may not be shipped immediately on receipt. Average processing time for orders is 1 to 5 days. If you would like to request a rush order or delivery estimate, please email boldlystripped@gmail.com and I will do my best to respond as soon as possible. Thank you!
Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from shipping date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was shipped, we cannot refund or exchange. Digital download products and autographed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boldlystripped@gmail.com and send your item to: Boldly Stripped, PO Box 570695, Las Vegas, NV 89157.
Items damaged during shipping are eligible for reimbursement via postal insurance. Please contact us at boldlystripped@gmail.com as soon as possible, and take photos of the damaged packaging. Items shipped internationally (outside of the U.S.) are ineligible for postal insurance, and we cannot guarantee delivery or reimbursement for shipping damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
A partial refund may be granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received an expected refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at boldlystripped@gmail.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Boldly Stripped, PO Box 570695, Las Vegas, NV 89157. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
