It is the perfect smutty gift for every Trek Original Series (TOS) nerd in the universe. The book is as beautifully designed and crafted as Hazel Honeysuckle is herself. The painstaking care in recreating sets, making costumes and prosthetics, painting Hazel’s skin to get each alien race just right, along with the playfulness and unrepentant sexuality make Boldly Stripped a must-have artifact for any true lover of TOS.
And the best part of it is knowing that those who produced Boldly Stripped, from Hazel to Dangrrr to everyone in between, are huge nerds just like us. They all love TOS just as much as we do, and they do honor to Roddenberry’s original series in a way that far exceeds all the “new” series that invade our airwaves. Boldly Stripped is a labor of love that just happens to appreciate the fact that a little lust never hurt anyone.

What an amazing and fun project from top to bottom. Boldly Stripped features top-flight costumes and makeup, amazing photography (the landscape photography on the Cardassian story is particularly incredible), fun little vignettes for all the characters and of course tremendous performances by Hazel throughout.
Hazel brings every story to life in singular fashion, portraying the various life forms as individual entities informed by a deep knowledge of the canon. This obvious love letter to the Trek universe is an absolute delight.

Each set of photos exhibit a different character beyond the costume - those are serious acting chops on display, enough so that I sometime had to wonder if I were seeing different models even though I knew it was just Hazel.
Contrast the thumping pure oozing sensuality of the Orion to the stoic neutrality & intense intelligence of the Android, or the off-kilter desire & strange loathing contempt of the Andorian, or the absolute sweetie-pie nature of the darling Red Shirt and her Tribble trouble, or the combative lust & sexual power of the uninhibited Klingon!
The storytelling heightened the photography in a way I hadn't anticipated. It was like the photocomics of yore, aka the Fumetti, and it was an immersive read as I was drawn into each scenario. Camera angles and story placement worked with just enough flavor text to present each timeless tale.
